Castel Savina brings vineyard, cellar and tasting table together on a hillside above Herceg Novi. Guided visits pair the estate’s wines with local food and make time for the vines and cellar, not just the first glass. A longer Old Cellar experience opens older vintages to groups, while other formats suit a shorter introduction. The bay remains part of the setting, but the visit is rooted in the work of the estate.
