The family processes its harvest in its own mill. The resulting extra virgin oil is described through green-fruit aromas, balanced bitterness and a peppery finish, giving it a clear place at the table. Soaps and balms extend the use of olive oil into a separate range, while the bottle remains the most direct introduction to the grove.
