What we collect

mnelux.com is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics only. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or user agent, and produces aggregated statistics such as page views, referrer, browser and country.

The contact, enquiry, newsletter, LTSM application and event-submission forms are sent via Web3Forms to the MLA mailbox. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.

Why we process it

Technical request data is processed to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand aggregated use of the site.

Emails sent to office@mnelux.com and messages sent through forms are processed to reply to you or handle your request, on the basis of MLA’s legitimate interest or steps taken at your request.

Sharing

Cloudflare, Inc. provides the hosting and analytics described in this notice. Web3Forms provides form delivery to the MLA mailbox.

If your message concerns a specific MLA member or partner, MLA shares it with them only with your agreement. MLA never sells personal data.

Retention

Correspondence, including form messages, is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange.

Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregated and kept by Cloudflare under its own retention.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of your data, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to office@mnelux.com.

You may also complain to your supervisory authority or to the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP).

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser. Consent is not needed because the site does not use consent-based cookies.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free. The site does not use advertising trackers or social media trackers.

International transfers

Cloudflare may process technical data outside your country under recognised safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
