Aman Sveti Stefan spans the Sveti Stefan island village and Villa Miločer on Montenegro’s Budva coast. The island settlement dates to the 15th century and has operated as a hotel since the 1950s. Villa Miločer was built from 1934 to 1936 for Queen Marija Karađorđević, on an estate of about 32 hectares with more than 800 olive trees.
A 2011 restoration by Denniston Architects, with Jean-Michel Gathy, kept the original stone walls of the village and revealed the ruins of the Church of Alexander Nevsky. The resort lists cottages and suites on the island, including three bedroom and two bedroom categories, while Villa Miločer has up to eight suites and is described as suitable for group bookings.
Aman Spa is set on the mainland above Queen's Beach and covers about 2,500 square metres, with treatment rooms, hydrotherapy suites, a heated 24 metre pool, fitness, yoga and pilates facilities. Dining venues are The Piazza, Arva and Villa Miločer Restaurant. Sveti Stefan Beach and King's Beach are public, while Queen's Beach is reserved for hotel guests.
