Taste Slovenia at Heritage Grand Perast

Taste Slovenia at Heritage Grand Perast brings two evenings of contemporary Slovenian gastronomy on 30 and 31 October 2026, before the hotel closes for the winter. Each evening, executive chef Petar Ćorković and a guest chef serve a six-course dinner with Slovenian wines: on Friday Igor Jagodic of Strelec in Ljubljana, Gault&Millau Chef of the Year 2019, and on Saturday Michelin-starred Marko Pavčnik of Pavus.
