  hotel closes for the winter. Each evening\, executive chef Petar Ćorkovi
 ć and a guest chef serve a six-course dinner with Slovenian wines: on Fri
 day Igor Jagodic of Strelec in Ljubljana\, Gault&Millau Chef of the Year 
 2019\, and on Saturday Michelin-starred Marko Pavčnik of Pavus.
